No Peace

What is Peace to me?

Peace to me, to me peace is plain, simple and quiet

Peace is to myself, alone, bare, in a world of freedom for a moment or more

Peace is surprising, shocking, new, blessing, and heavenly

Peace is also pain

Too much peace can lead to misery, shame, and doubt

Peace is empty, but yet full of wonders, blue skies, and sunny days

Peace is a rainy day in a great big field of corn with not a weep of nature

Peace is my imagination, my inner thought, my distant getaway

Peace is my shelter

Sometimes peace is hard to find, No!

Peace is not something you look for

Peace will become you, peace is one with earth and its people

Peace is heavenly, a matter that cannot be stopped

Peace can be broken, shattered, destroyed

But, peace cannot be stopped it will always come back again, and again

Do I have peace, No!

But one day I will find my peace and float like a feather in the wind of comfort

Still, I have problems that aren't peaceful, that aren't understanding

Peace is what I mourn for

Still, I wait patiently and yet still I have no peace
