Configuring Web Resources

First, you need to go to the network connections inside the server panel. Next, you will need to access the new connection wizard by clicking that feature, and then clicking the next link. Now you will need to look for the option that says, connect to the network at my workplace. When you get there, open the private virtual connection link. Next, make a name for the connection that will be made for the company that will use this connection. Now, you will need to type in the name of the host or IP address of the VPN server that you will connect with. If you want all users to use this connection, then click the link that says anyone's use, and click the next button. If you want to use a shorter option then you will need to add a shortcut by clicking, add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop, make sure the check box ix marked with a check then proceed to click finish, and you will have built a Virtual Private Network connection.

Go to the network sharing location. Then select the change adapter pane. Now you will see the adapters connection, and now you will have to just click on VPN and then select delete. This will dismantle the virtual private network connection that you have previously built.

Encryption, plays a part in this network by, ensuring to the users that all the data and information that they have to use and send, will be secure as they use the virtual private network. Their are a lot of problems that occur with servers and their security, so you want to make sure that you can operate in a safe environment. Encryption, make sure that the information will not be used or tampered with, by them altering the information while it's in the data stream. Maximum protection, is given when authentication and encryption are used, so encryption allows the data to be secure from tampering, changing, and also altering the data that is sent. You always want to be secure when you transfer information, especially when the information isn't important and can cause you your job, money loss, and business failure.
