Management Tools For A Network

Event viewer is used to present a log of all the computer system errors and application messages that it has. It also shows a log of all the warnings that a system presents, to the user. This is a way to check on the present messages and errors that the system has along with other messages that are stored in the system log. It shows the applications log and what it contains from all the computer system events. I would use the event viewer to see all the error messages that I get from my desktop computer, like the ones I get from apple software. This is how I will know how many times the application has given me errors, and then I will be able to update applications and software in order to fix the log errors and messages that I have stored on my PC.

This is used in a business setting, and gives rights to a person to change or allocate different resources that are used, and also decisions are taken to give orders to finish objectives that were given to a user. When authority is given in this mode, people know what type of authority they have and they know not to mishandle the authority that they are given. This explains what is expected of a user and how well they get there job done, and requires responsivities to do so. I would use this tool when I want to give authority to other users in my office who handle service desk operations and need to access the private server. This would make them, realize, that they cannot abuse this authority, and that it clearly states this in the policy. This is how I would give permissions to certain people in the system to access files also, this would secure the system and my office.

This is used to deploy the latest upgrades for Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. This also helps to manage the updates for the whole network. The system can obtain the updates from Microsoft or from a manual update that is done by the user. Update services are where you can install all the latest updates for applications, the operating system, drivers and more. This is how you keep the system and it's applications up to date, so that the drivers synchronize with all the other applications and software. I would use my update services when I install a new operating system on my pc, and I would need to use certain applications that I would need for school. This updating service, would restore all my drivers and also, bring my system up to date, where application run concurrent with the system, and without errors or problems,. The update services are the best solution when your computer sends the message that your PC has new updates, this keeps the system healthy and away from hackers and other malicious attacks, that need definitions from newer updates in order to take care of all the problems associated with a system being outdated.
