1. Clean the case, keeping the case clean ventilation ports and don't blow dust into the ventilation supply.
2. Maintain your mouse, when the scroll bar on the mouse gets dirty, open it up and clean the scroll bar and the mouse will work again. Remove all the sticky dust and grime from the bar and you should be good.

5. Keep your DVD and Media drives clean from dust, and buy a CD cleaning kit for your PC to keep dust out of the DVD and CDR drives. This will help the PC to play movies and save data correct.

3. Watch the websites that you access and set your website access limits high so that you will not access a site that will give you a virus.
